Came for the first time ever today and had the time of my life loll I was looking for somewhere to help me nurture, strengthen snd grow my natural nails and this was the spot!
Thank you to Nikki for the BEST (first natural) mani/pedi experience, I came in with my nails (and toes) looking crazy and she took her time tending to them and paint them
And thank you to Michael for being a welcoming first impression and a great host, thank you for the mimosas !!

GO HERE! Amazing experience from start to finish and they are so intentional about a healthier experience than a traditional salon. No jetted tubs = no fungus yuck. Dazzle dry polish = long lasting wear without the UV. Truly a gem for health-conscious folks in Sandy Springs! I will be back ✨

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon!!! The staff was nice but they ruined my nails. I had gel and they ripped off the polish which also ripped my nails off. They are paper thin now and had to go somewhere else to fix. They charge so much and I didn’t even get a massage. I won’t be going back it was a horrible experience except for the staff being nice.

Literally just walked out the door of the salon. Pros - salon is very modern and clean. Staff are all very nice. Unfortunately that’s where the positives stop for me. I cannot recommend this salon. Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure. For the mani, I’m used to having the dry skin removed around your nails and cuticles. My technician said she was going to leave it because trimming it could make it worse. Never heard of that. I asked again about 20 minutes later because who wants dry/dead skin left and she told me I could go to a doctor to have it taken off. Another first for me. Here is picture of my nails without any of the dry skin removed, not sure why this warrants a doctor’s appointment. Also, always had under my fingernails cleaned with the tool - nope not here. If the hand scrub was a minute on each hand I’m being generous, same for the body butter massage. The chairs you sit in at the manicure stations come mid-back so after a while my neck and shoulders starting getting stiff and painful. On to the pedicure, same as manicure, no removing the skin around the nail or cuticles. I asked about cleaning under the nails and she said she could do that for me like I was asking for a favor. I was sitting next to someone else getting a pedicure and noticed their technician was removing the skin and trimming the cuticles. When I was checking out the front desk girl asked to see my nails and she commented “pretty”. I mentioned all the dead skin and that the technician said it’s better to leave it than take it off and she said “that’s true”. I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone because it definitely doesn’t look better! Two and a half hours later and I left disappointed. You don’t know if you don’t try and this was definitely two times for me - first and last.

What a wonderful experience I had today at Frenchie’s in Sandy Springs! I was greeted with smiles and amazing energy. What’s that out to me? Most was the explanation of the services and what sets Frenchies apart from any other nail salon it’s a beautiful salon with great energy amazing customer service and top notch/quality work. I can’t wait to bring my friends here to get the same experience I had today thank you again, Kalyn !
